Basis of Design (BOD) - Information required to complete the project coordinating with the owner and completed with Architects and Engineers.
Charrette - A group planning event that brings people together to work on design options for a project.
Integrated Project Delivery - Group planning process that improves results, increases value to the owner, reduces waste and maximizes efficiency through all phases of construction.
Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) - A written document that details owners pathway to success. This document is prepared by the owner or his representatives.
Simple Box Energy Modeling Analysis - A simple base-case energy analysis performed very early in the project design that informs the team about the building’s likely distribution of energy consumption and is used to evaluate potential project energy strategies.
Water Budget - Calculates amount of water required by the building and associated area.
